Paul was part of a small team that delivered a massive digtial workplace transformation project for Coca-Cola Euro Partners whilst working at OKTiK Technology. Not just once but on two iterations of the project. He provided technical solutions to enable migration of users Entra ID accounts, exchange mailboxes and personal Teams chat history.
He possesses extensive knowledge of Microsoft Entra Application and HR Provisioning, Lifecycle Workflows, Entitlement Management, and Azure Integration. This knowledge has been instrumental in designing and implementing robust identity management solutions. His expertise extends to configuring and managing lifecycle workflows, ensuring seamless user experience across various platforms. His proficiency in Entitlement Management has enabled him to effectively manage user access rights, thereby enhancing security. Furthermore, his skills in Azure Integration have facilitated the successful deployment of cloud-based solutions, contributing to improved efficiency and scalability. Wayne has over 2 decades of extensive public and private sector experience and has successfully completed multiple Windows 10 and Office 365 migration projects across the globe.
He has consulted for major hardware OEMs, global pharmaceutical companies, major brands and the National health service to name a few.
He has performed multiple large SCCM implementations at scale, all successfully architected, delivered and documented.
He is experienced with multiple technologies including: SCCM, Windows Intune, Windows Azure, Adaptiva OneSite, Office 365, Powershell, C#, Wintel Server Infrastructure, S2D, RDMA & RoCE, Virtual & Physical networking.
He has recently delivered a Windows 10 / Office 365 / Microsoft Cloud transformation project. Working closely with BAU staff to smoothly transition the service with fully detailed documentation and support.
He is an avid programmer with many years of experience. He is an expert with Powershell, leveraging key programming principles and design practices. He has also leveraged Powershell Desired State Configuration to fully automate hardware builds from bare metal to cloud. He has collaborated on large projects using solutions such as GitHub and Azure DevOps for version control, automated Unit Testing and CI/CD workflows.

He has successfully translated many business processes to various automation platforms thereby reducing the risk of error, increasing consistency and providing the customer with reliable solutions that are both flexible and robust.
He has worked with many technologies such as Digital Workplace / Windows Server / Server Core, S2D, RDMA & RoCE, Powershell Desired State Configuration solution, Configuration Manager, Service Manager, Cireson Portal, SQL, Office 365, Exchange Online and various third party APIs such as Apple Airwatch.
He has collaborated with large OEMS on the development of an automated solution for hardware builds. He has experience collaborating on projects using version control such as GitHub / Azure DevOps.
He is a problem solver and always considers every possible angle and explores every avenue to achieve his goal. His logic and decision making are grounded to ensure that the proposed solution is solid as well as future proof.
He has experience with a wide variety of programming languages such as Powershell, C#, C++ and has helped maintain, improve and transition several scripts / applications to a steady, reliable code base.
